When contacting support
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following information in your support request:
- Device information: Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15) and iOS version (e.g., iOS 17.5)
- App version: The version of Niyyah you're using (found in Settings → About)
- Issue description: A clear description of the problem you're experiencing or question you have
- Steps to reproduce: If reporting a bug, please describe the steps that led to the issue
- Screenshots: If applicable, screenshots can help us understand your issue better
Common issues
Prayer times are incorrect
Make sure location services are enabled for Niyyah in your device settings. You can also manually set your location in Settings → Location if automatic detection isn't working properly.
Notifications not working
Check that notifications are enabled for Niyyah in your device settings. Also verify that you've enabled prayer reminders within the app in Settings → Notifications.
Streak not updating
Streaks update when you mark prayers as complete. Make sure you're marking each prayer after completion. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Subscription issues
For subscription problems, billing questions, or to cancel your subscription, please visit your App Store account settings. You can also contact us for assistance with subscription-related concerns.
App crashes or freezes
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of Niyyah installed from the App Store.

Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple. They have their own refund policies and approval processes. If you need assistance with a refund request, we're happy to provide guidance.
